With 8 years of experience, he specializes in sports rehab, injury prevention, and performance optimization. Dr. Tayte is passionate about helping athletes and weekend warriors move better and live healthier, more functional lives.
Michael holds a yoga certification from CorePower Yoga and is currently completing his 200-Hour Yoga Certification there. He is also studying massage therapy at ICOHS College with the goal of starting his own business. With over eight years of experience teaching yoga to diverse clients, Michael aims to enhance physical health through improved mobility, flexibility, and muscle function as a stretch therapist.
Eirik is a Certified Stretch Therapist who earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Since graduating in August 2024, he has worked as a one-on-one stretch assistant and instructor. A lifelong soccer player, Eirik also enjoys snowboarding and rock climbing. He combines his passion for movement with his expertise to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
Jaelyn is a Certified Stretch Therapist with an Associate’s Degree in Kinesiology from Grossmont College and is completing her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at San Diego State University. She has experience as a restorative aide in a long-term acute care hospital and as a physical therapy aide in a private clinic. Jaelyn holds an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Certification and is passionate about helping others improve mobility and quality of life.
