Please let us know about any injuries before your session. We want to ensure your safety above all. If you are suffering from an acute injury, it’s best to see a doctor first. However, if you’re managing chronic pain, discomfort, or tightness, assisted stretching can be very beneficial—especially with your healthcare provider’s approval.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend athletic wear or stretchy fabrics.
We offer 25, 40, 55, and 70-minute sessions to fit your schedule and goals. Need a quick stretch before or after your workout—or even during your lunch break? We’ve got you covered. Looking for longer deep relaxation or something in between? No problem. Our appointments are flexible—pun intended.

You’ll be warmly welcomed and complete a brief intake about your goals, pain points, and any injuries. After a quick dynamic warm-up, you’ll receive a personalized full-body stretch followed by percussion therapy—it feels like a sports massage. We’ll then review your session, highlight any imbalances or limited mobility, and plan your next steps to keep you moving and feeling your best.
