When should I get stretched?

If you're sitting a lot, training hard, feeling stiff, recovering from injury—or just want to move and feel better—you should be stretching. The best time to start is now.

How often should I get stretched?

Most clients benefit from 1–2 sessions per week, but frequency depends on your body, goals, and lifestyle. We'll help you find the right rhythm during your first visit.

What backgrounds do your Certified Stretch Therapists have?

Our team is made up of Certified Stretch Therapists with backgrounds in exercise science, massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, or related fields. Every therapist undergoes a rigorous training and certification process with us before ever working with clients.

I'm afraid of getting hurt.

Your safety is our top priority. You’re in full control throughout every session. Our team checks in constantly, works within your comfort range, and adjusts every stretch to your needs.

What if I have an injury?

Please let us know about any injuries before your session. We want to ensure your safety above all. If you are suffering from an acute injury, it’s best to see a doctor first. However, if you’re managing chronic pain, discomfort, or tightness, assisted stretching can be very beneficial—especially with your healthcare provider’s approval.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend athletic wear or stretchy fabrics.

How long is a session?

We offer 25, 40, 55, and 70-minute sessions to fit your schedule and goals. Need a quick stretch before or after your workout—or even during your lunch break? We’ve got you covered. Looking for longer deep relaxation or something in between? No problem. Our appointments are flexible—pun intended.

Do I need to be flexible to get stretched?

No! Assisted stretching is designed to improve flexibility—so no matter your current level, you’ll benefit.

Can I bring a friend?

You can always bring a new guest, and they get their first stretch for free. If they sign up, you’ll receive 4 free credits as a thank-you for the referral. Just be sure to book them in advance.

What should I expect during my first visit?

You’ll be warmly welcomed and complete a brief intake about your goals, pain points, and any injuries. After a quick dynamic warm-up, you’ll receive a personalized full-body stretch followed by percussion therapy—it feels like a sports massage. We’ll then review your session, highlight any imbalances or limited mobility, and plan your next steps to keep you moving and feeling your best.

Can I do assisted stretching if I’m pregnant?

Many clients safely enjoy assisted stretching during pregnancy. Always check with your healthcare provider first.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome if we have space, but scheduling in advance ensures a therapist is ready for you.

How often should I get stretched?

Frequency depends on your goals and needs, but

most clients come once or twice per week for the best results.

Can I combine assisted stretching with other treatments?
